Mister 8 45x19 Cityscape Acrylic on Wood WP6555

A lively urban streetscape reveals another side of South Carolina folk artist Mr. 8's creative imagination. Rows of brightly colored buildings line a broad city street, their exaggerated shapes and vivid facades creating a playful sense of perspective. Tiny pedestrians, storefronts and architectural details bring movement and personality to the scene. With its energetic lines, unconventional proportions and vibrant palette, this painting captures the bustle of city life through the spontaneous visual language of contemporary self-taught art.

This piece measures 45.25" wide and 19.25" long. Acrylic on wood. This is a heavy piece.
