This imaginative assemblage by Alabama outsider artist Michael Banks transforms reclaimed wood and salvaged construction materials into a dynamic sculptural composition. A stylized figure rides atop a brilliantly colored bird, creating a whimsical narrative filled with movement and personality. Every component has been individually cut, carved, and incised with Banks' signature dremel line work before being assembled into a richly layered work of art.
