Stacy hand builds his figures, sometimes throwing part of the work on the wheel.  He does an electric kiln bisque firing before completing the detail painting and finishing with a final electric firing. All of Stacy’s work is carefully constructed and abundantly detailed. His clay figures share characteristics with his amazing pen and ink and colored pencil drawings.  Both clay and paper attest to Stacy Lambert’s imagination and creativity.

This subdued and introspective work presents a softly modeled baby head with a calm, almost sleepy expression. The restrained palette and half-lidded eyes shift the tone from eerie to contemplative, offering a quieter but equally compelling presence.

Measures 6" tall, 3.25" base and 6" wide.
