Savannah "The Dirt Princess" Craven represents the 11th generation of potters in the long history of the Craven family. She is the great grand daughter of Billy Joe Craven.

Savannah Craven’s Yellow Face Jug is a bold, character-driven piece blending Southern folk tradition with contemporary edge. Hand-built, with a warm mustard-yellow glaze, this jug features a sculpted face with deep-set eyes, strong brows, and expressive, slightly mischievous presence. A curled, raised handle adds movement and height, while the subtle surface texture and natural firing variation bring depth and collector appeal. Equal parts vessel and portrait, this face jug is a standout example of Craven’s imaginative, narrative approach to form.

This jug is 11" tall, 8" wide, with a 4" base.
