Robin Rodgers 12" Possum Lidded Jar DP6479

This raku lidded jar by Robin Rodgers features an opossum carrying a row of babies across its blue-gray back. A sculpted opossum crowns the domed lid, repeating the animal imagery in three dimensions. White crackle glaze covers the rounded vessel, contrasting with the black rim, carved fur, and pink accents on noses, ears, and feet. A dark paw-print motif on the reverse adds another detail to discover as the jar is viewed from different angles.

12" tall with lid. 8.5" without. About 9" wide with a 5.5" base.
