Mary Meaders 9" Face Jug DP3725

Granddaughter of Arie and Cheever Meaders, Mary spent her whole childhood around the Meaders’ pottery but did not begin to learn the craft until she was 37 years old. She was informally trained by her father but grants most of her inspiration to two other female potters: Lin Craven and Mary Ferguson, for their detailed and personality-rich pieces. 

This jug measures 9" tall. The base is 5.25".
