Marvin Bailey 3.5" Mini Face Jug DP6505 SOLD

This distinctive face jug by South Carolina folk potter Marvin Bailey features dramatically arched eyebrows, protruding eyes, a long hooked nose, and a broad, toothy grin. Oversized ears add to the whimsical expression, while a lustrous blue-green glaze with olive and deep blue variations creates rich movement across the surface. The sculpted face projects prominently from the traditional jug form, making this an engaging example of Bailey's expressive Southern folk pottery.
