Kris London

Even as a young child, Kris London enjoyed drawing and sketching. But after taking a pottery class, on a whim, she discovered clay allowed her a greater range of expression beyond that found in pencil and paper. She's been in love with clay ever since. She began creating her original artwork in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains in 2004. Her work reflects her love of nature and is influenced by her travels. Textures inspired by nature are found throughout her creations. The Fish and Chicken Breast sculptures provide a glimpse into her sense of humor. Kris genuinely loves it when her work makes someone smile and sincerely believes it is the greatest compliment to her when someone purchases a piece of pottery she created.
