Sam's Recycled Art

I met Sam at the Folk Art show in Hickory, NC and found myself mesmerized by his collection of all things recycled. Sam is one of those guys that won't let anything be thrown away. What to do with a hubcap? Make it a turtle. What about old propane tanks. Well, obviously, you make a dog out of it. He's the guy the neighbors take their old parts to because "Sam will make something out of it."
