Steven McGovney

Steven McGovney worked in ceramic sculpture for most of his career, switching to jewelry when a chronic elbow condition prevented continuing in ceramics. He found the change invigorating, the new medium unleashing a creative challenge that stimulated him to move in a whole new direction. But now Steven is creating his fanciful pottery birds once more and we have chosen to focus on the birds.
