Jeff Diamond

“I don’t play golf, but have handled more golf clubs than most golfers,” grins West Palm Beach artist Jeff Diamond. A dedicated recycler, Diamond repurposed clubs into art in 2006, when he debuted a bowl welded from repurposed golf club heads at the Orlando PGA Merchandise Show.

Received enthusiastically, Diamond’s eye-catching structures have continued to amaze. They’ve appear at PGA events--and art galleries--since since their debut. “People want items that are artful, but they need to be functional, too,” says Diamond.

Diamond came up with the idea of utilizing cast off golf clubs while visiting Mexico City where he spotted a welded sphere made of stars. It sparked the creation of a sphere out of old golf clubs he had left over from his lamp manufacturing business.

You can make up your own story. Tell your friends the country club retired your clubs and had them made into a personal trophy of sorts. A tribute to your skills, if you will. Made entirely of cast away clubs and artfully arranged into a sculpture of club heads. You can position the ball any way you like and I took several photos to demonstrate. A great conversation piece. If you need it to be useful, use it to keep a door open or hold down your stack of papers. It's big - about 8" tall and 10" wide.

Presenting the perfect gift for a golfer who has everything. Instead of the comic hand towel that will never see the light of day, give your golfer something that will be used. Use to open a bottle of refreshing something, or lay it on a stack of papers as a paperweight. It is the rare gift that is useful even when not used for its intended purpose. And for that, you should sleep well after the gift giving event.

We have over a dozen bottle openers. Some are photographed. If it really matters to you which opener you receive, it's probably best to contact us to have us take a photo of what's avalable. Or come in if you're local.  Average length is 7.5" - some a little longer, others a little shorter.

If it doesn't matter which clock you receive, then just leave the comment section blank. If it does, then we ask you to "Contact Us" by email or phone to find out which one is available. It should be noted that the clock is for the wall, but we have it in the gallery on a easel so it can be a desk clock. Additionally, the clock is easily removed so it doesn't have to be a clock if that's not what you want. Could be a trivet, a wreath, stick a candle in the middle, or just hang it plain.

We have 3 golf head lamps - though not exactly the same for obvious reasons. Honestly - I'm not going to keep up with which lamp has sold. If you need a photo of what we have, please utilize the "Ask a Question" feature on this page. I'll take a photo, and get it to you later in the evening. Update - right now we have only one remaining.

NOTE: You can decide if you want the shade or if you will find one closer to home. The thing about the shade is that it adds to the shipping cost since it needs to be in a seperate box. So here's the deal - if you want the shade the price is as presented - $159 plus $35 shipping. If you DO NOT want he shade the end price will be $145 plus shipping of $20. I will issue a credit back to your card in the amount of $29. You'll have to trust me, or if you like call the gallery and pay over the phone.
