Justin Atkin

I am a self taught artist, born and raised in South Carolina, growing up in the Saylors Crossroads Community of Anderson County, SC where my family has lived for generations. I now live in the small Textile Town of Honea Path, SC. I’m a local historian and a storyteller. My art reflects those things but most of all it reflects the people. I put great detail in the people of my artwork as I tell their stories. I like bright colors and true stories of the strange, the miraculous, and ironically - the common.
