Every item is made one at a time by Craig Carey. There are no pre-bought patterns or items, save the hardware and mirror, and all ideas are their own. Craig starts with raw materials, such as willow from the edges of ponds for mirrors and signs, and lumber from anywhere that he can find it, and carves or cuts everything by hand. Then all items are sanded, primed and painted or stained. The stained items then get multiple coats of lacquer for a deep shine.

Willow Lamp is a handmade, stained wood lamp with real willow branches and stained wood leaves. Each side gets a hand carved bird in different colors. Handmade paper shade is stenciled with a leaf motif. Measures a total of 27" from top to bottom (including shade). Base is 8" x 8" at the bottom. Sides of the lamp are 5" deep.
