Originally from Lithuania, Iveta has been creating her work in the U.S. since 2000. Her hand sculpted figures are built using traditional ceramic techniques of slab, pinch, and thrown construction. The red clay is twice high fired making the figures non temperature sensitive so you can decorate both inside and outside.
This bowl is mostly decorative. By that, I mean, you can't serve your mashed potatoes or any other food from it. Maybe some shelled peanuts. This bowl measures about 8" wide and 5.5" tall, including the fish. The bowl is 3" tall. Fish is 7" long.
