Batton Clayworks started out doing very small, local craft shows to refine their booth and pottery designs. In 2003 they bought a house with a big basement to put in a permanent studio. From that beginning, Sandy and Ann have created a complete line of functional and decorative pottery. Mugs and plates are dishwasher and microwave safe, so make the pieces a part of your everyday life!
The checkered pieces are a signature design of the Battons. This bowl is 6.75 wide across the top, and 2.5" tall. Great as a soup bowl, but can also be put to use as a salad or cereal bowl too. As each is handmade, each will vary just a bit.
Ships for $8. We ship with a tracking number. All pottery is double boxed. Should you order more than one item during a visit, we will credit your card the difference between what our cart automatically charges per item and the actual combined shippping - assuming everything will travel safely together. Credit is applied once package is prepared.
