Batton Clayworks started out doing very small, local craft shows to refine their booth and pottery designs. In 2003 they bought a house with a big basement to put in a permanent studio. From that beginning, Sandy and Ann have created a complete line of functional and decorative pottery.
This checkered vase is about 7" tall, with the sides being about 4" wide. The checker pattern is one of the Batton's best selling patterns.
